Kazakh Alliance Bank will be changing its name to ForteBank.
Such a decision was taken at the extraordinary general Meeting of shareholders of the bank, said the bank's message.
Moreover the shareholders approved the transfer act regarding all property, rights and obligations transferred from ForteBank and Temirbank to Alliance bank within reorganization in the form of the consolidation of ForteBank and Temirbank to Alliance Bank.
In addition the shareholders elected a new composition of the Board of Directors of the Bank and determined that the Board of Directors comprises six members with the term of office until January 31, 2018.
Serik Svyatov and Anuar Utemuratov were elected as members of the Board of Directors of the Bank as representatives of the interests of Bulat Utemuratov (main shareholder of the bank).
Rustem Bekturov and Azamat Joldasbekov were elected as members of the Board of Directors of the Bank as Independent Directors of the Bank. Chairman of the Management Board of the Bank Timur Issatayev was elected as a member of the Board of Directors.
Moreover, within the general meeting monthly fixed remuneration of members of the Bank Board of Directors was determined.
