Kazakh president appointed Abylkair Skakov to the post of the Deputy Defense Minister, the presidential press- service reported Dec 1.
Before the appointment Skakov headed the Department of state revenues of the city of Astana. Previously he worked in Tax Committees of Finance Ministry and regional authorities.
