BAKU, Azerbaijan, July 5. A business web portal for trade facilitation - Tradeinfo.kz has been commissioned in Kazakhstan, Trend reports via the government.

The portal, launched within the Ready4Trade-Central Asia project, which is funded by the European Union and implemented by the International Trade Center, describes in detail all import, export and transit formalities, required documents, forms and procedures for more than 50 products.

In Kazakhstan, the platform was developed by QazTrade Trade Policy Development Center JSC in cooperation with the Ministry of Trade and Integration.

Thanks to the launch of the portal, entrepreneurs will have access to exact and detailed information - the rules and procedures applicable to imports and exports, including all forms and documents.

Trade Portal is a business reference tool consolidating information from all regulatory authorities about commercial formalities.

The tool allows identify and measure the complexity of commercial formalities faced by businessmen, identify potentially redundant procedures and requirements creating delays, set targets to streamline and reduce cross-border transactions, as well as measure the impact of business reforms to improve trade procedures.
