BAKU, Azerbaijan, September 7. Through the Astana International Exchange (AIX), equity capital in the amount of over $321 million has been attracted to Kazakhstan, this was said during the meeting of President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev and Governor of Astana International Financial Centre (AIFC) Kairat Kelimbetov, Trend reports.
According to Kelimbetov, more than 1,500 companies from 65 countries of the world are registered in AIFC.
"Over $321 million of equity capital and $2.1 billion of debt capital have been attracted through the AIX. AIFC Court and International Arbitration Center have collectively considered more than 1,2000 disputes," he informed.
