(Kazinform) -Congress of Kazakhstani youth held a press conference and presented a report Youth and higher education: analysis of contemporary tendencies.
The report includes review of the structure of Kazakhstans education system, analysis of current situation in the sphere of higher education, statistics of population receiving higher education, analysis of labor market, conclusions and recommendations, reports Trend. Many problems in the field of higher education are caused by spontaneous development of education market in the post-Soviet period and current transit of Kazakh education system to the world standards. As a result number of higher education establishments grew, but quantity of education and science employees decreased by half.
According to the Congress, currently most graduates becoming more responsible for vocational choice.
