(gazeta.kz) - An official visit of Maroof al-Bakheet, Prime Minister of Jordan, to Kazakhstan is going to take place on 8-10 November, Yerzhan Ashikbayev, official spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan, has stated today, November 6, at a traditional briefing in Astana, Kazakhstan Today correspondent reports.
The MFA spokesperson has noted that the Jordanian PM will be accompanied by the Ministers of Foreign Affairs, Industry and Trade, Transport, Energy, Planning, and International Co-operation, reports Trend.
"The agenda of the bilateral talks includes issues of co-operation between the two countries, including implementation of the agreements, reached during the visit of King Abdullah II to Kazakhstan in November 2005, as well as current international and regional problems of mutual interest," - he has explained.
It is suggested that during the visit the Jordanian Ministers will hold bilateral talks with their Kazakhstani counterparts. "Also an agreement on co-operation between the Industry and Commerce Chambers of our two states is planned to be signed," - he has added.
