Kyrgyzstan 's Parliament approved amendments to Kyrgyz Budget Law in first reading at today's parliamentary session, 24.kg reported.
According to amendments, they will establish the Coordinating Council for Control over Budget Administration.
Let's note, members of SDPK faction were against that idea. Thus, social democrat Daniyar Terbishaliyev said that these amendments contradict to the Constitution. "As soon as the Constitutional Chamber will be created we will apply there to abolish the Law."
Damira Niyazaliyeva raised voice against broadening power of the parliamentary Committee. Let' remind, Akylbek Zhaprov suggested appointing the head of the Committee on Budget and Finances to the post of co-chair of the Council.
Government representative in the Parliament underlined that the Cabinet is against that idea.
