Kyrgyz President Almazbek Atambayev has signed a decree today to form the Judicial Reform Council under the Kyrgyz President, the presidential press service said today.
The council was created for the state, judicial bodies and other organizations to coordinate while implementing a judicial reform.
Atambayev will be chairman of the council.
