The Turkmen local company Berk Menzylgurlushik is building a metallurgical plant in Ovadan-depe settlement of the country’s Ahal region, Trend reports via the Neutral Turkmenistan newspaper.
The founders of this company are the Ministry of Industry and Turkmen senagat onumleri company.
The new company is expected to produce 30,000 tons of reinforcing rod per year. In particular, aluminum profiles, copper wire for transformers and electric motors will be produced at the plant.
Not only ferrous metals, but also non-ferrous metal scrap will be used for the production. This will meet the needs of the construction sector, as well as various industrial sectors.
