The enterprises of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan have increased industrial output by seven percent in eight months of 2021, Trend reports citing the press service of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan.
According to the information, the business sector of the Turkmen economy continues to increase the production of agricultural products and food products.
Thus, from January through August, the increase in this segment amounted to more than 37 percent in relation to the level of the same period last year.
“This is due to the launch of more and more processing facilities in the industry and the expansion of the range in the domestic market of the food industry,” the message says.
It is reported that the enterprises of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan have also increased industrial output - here the level of last year's volume was exceeded by seven percent in eight months.
Earlier, President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov noted the need for further state support of entrepreneurship, creating conditions for its development and increasing the contribution of small and medium-sized private enterprises to import substitution and export.
