BAKU, Azerbaijan, August 23. Serdar artistic carpet-making enterprise located in the Balkan region in the west of Turkmenistan exceeded the production plan from January through July 2022, Trend reports with reference to Jeyhun News.
During the reporting period, the enterprise manufactured 1,330 square meters of carpet products, exceeding the production plan by 41 percent.
In value terms, the volume of products manufactured amounted to over 3.57 million Turkmen manats ($1 million).
Turkmenhaly state association is the main supplier of renowned Turkmen handmade pure-wool fleecy carpets from Turkmenistan to the world market.
The main activities of the association are the manufacture and sales of Turkmen carpets, as well as the conservation of hand carpet-making tradition.
