BAKU, Azerbaijan, April 20. The Ministry of Finance and Economy of Turkmenistan announced an auction for the sale of 36 objects of state property, Trend reports with reference to the Turkmen media.
The auction will be held on May 10 at the digital auction site of state property. Service sector facilities, including shops, cafes, canteens and a wellness center, administrative buildings, a carpet factory, and production facilities will also be put up for auction.
Among the largest objects put up for auction are a livestock and poultry farm with an area of 25,500 square meters and a two-story building in the Lebap region, the Dowrebap shopping and entertainment center (8,800 square meters) in the same region, a pipe plant in the Dashoguz region (6,400 square meters) and the administrative building of the Nur Zaman enterprise in Ashgabat city (4,300 square meters).
The auction will take place on the digital auction site of state property and through the mobile application of this platform.
