Uzbekistan Airways to shift to winter timetable from Oct. 30

Uzbekistan Havo Yollari (Uzbekistan Airways), national airlines of Uzbekistan, will turn to winter flights timetable from Oct. 30, 2011, UzDaily.com reports.

Flight frequency will be slightly changed compared to the previous winter navigation, but frequency of the most flights will remain the same.

Uzbekistan airways will operate flight from Tashkent to Riga by Boeing-757 aircrafts on Thursdays in November and Fridays in December.

The company will implement flights to Delhi four times a week, while the fifth flight is being scheduled. Flight to Seoul will be implemented on Wednesdays. Uzbekistan Airways will fly to Japan on Thursdays, but the flights will be carried out on Wednesdays from Feb. 1, 2012.

Flights to Dubai and Sharjah will have the same schedule. The airline will fly to Kuala Lumpur on Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays.

Uzbekistan Airways is introducing additional flights to the CIS countries. From January 2012, flights will be carried out from Karshi to Saint Petersburg and back on Sundays beginning from January 2012. The airline will add the fourth frequency from Bukhara to Moscow on Mondays by Airbus A320 aircrafts.

Uzbekistan Havo Yollari will conduct flight from Tashkent to Mineralniyi Vody without stopover at Urgench Airport by A320 aircraft.

New winter schedule will be in effect by March 24, 2012.
