Department of Justice in Tashkent in 2011 examined 47 claims of business entities and satisfied 38 claims on which 13.4 million soums were recovered from officials for moral, material damages and loss of income, the Department said.
In addition, from 264 complaints of entrepreneurs in 97 violated rights were restored, in 115 cases the legal clarification was given.
In 2011, the judicial authorities learned execution of legal documents in the field of entrepreneurship in the 152 bodies of state power and administration. As a result, disciplinary penalty was applied against 225 persons up to dismissal of 20 officials. Some eight million soums were recovered in favour of entrepreneurs.
At the same time last year 32 illegal inspections of business entities, 243 cases of violation of the order of their conduct, unwarranted use of financial penalties for employers and their involvement in illegal administrative charges, as well as violations of tax legislation were revealed. For all these types of violations the courts brought to administrative responsibility 66 people, canceled 62 illegal decisions of authorities of state power and department with suspension of their execution.
In March 2011 hotline was organized in the system of justice, which received from private sector representative received 213 complaints, in more than 100 appeals infringed the rights of citizens were restored.
