Uzbek presidential candidates continue to meet with voters in the regions of the country within the framework of election campaign, said the message of Uzbekistan National News Agency (UzA).
The candidate of Uzbekistan's Liberal Democratic Party (UzLiDeP), the incumbent president, Islam Karimov met with voters in Andijan region Mar.10, said the message.
The presidential candidate from the Social Democratic Party of Uzbekistan "Adolat" Narimon Umarov met with voters of Fergana region, while the candidate of the People's Democratic Party Hotamzhon Ketmonov met with voters of Kashkadarya region, according to the agency.
During the meetings, the presidential candidates presented their electoral programs to voters. In turn, the trustees introduced candidates' biographies to citizens.
The presidential election in Uzbekistan is scheduled for March 29, 2015. The election campaign kicked off on Dec. 26, 2014.
The candidates of four political parties are running for the president.
