Russian President Vladimir Putin will make an official visit to Tashkent on October 18-19, Podrobno.uz reported.
The city authorities are already actively preparing for this event.
In particular, two high-rise buildings, located near the International Airport named after Islam Karimov, have been decorated with illumination, styled on the Russian and Uzbek flags.
During the visit of the Russian president to Tashkent, the Days of Moscow will be held.
Such events as the performance of the cadet corps, opening of the exhibition-presentation of the Moscow Zoo, the holding of a friendly tournament in fencing and Sambo, presentation of Russian cuisine and products, and much more will be organized.
