BAKU, Azerbaijan, December 24. Uzbekistan exported 1.6 million tons of fruits and vegetables worth $1 billion from January through November 2022,Trend reports via Uzbek State Statistics Committee.
According to the committee, this figure increased by 168,300 tons compared to the corresponding period last year.
During this period, 819,000 tons of vegetables, 335,000 tons of fruits and berries were exported.
The main importers of fruits and vegetables from Uzbekistan are Russia, Kazakhstan, China, Pakistan, Kyrgyzstan, Afghanistan, Turkiye, Belarus, Iran, Azerbaijan.
