BAKU, Azerbaijan, January 27. Uzbekneftegaz JSC shared data on the volume of sold sulfur in 2022, Trend reports via the company’s statement.
According to the company, the enterprises of Uzbekneftegaz JSC 2022 sold 440,200 tons of sulfur.
During 2022, some 436,100 tons of sulfur products were sold at the expense of the Mubarek Gas Processing Plant and joint ventures.
In particular, the Mubarek Gas Processing Plant exported 38,500 tons of sulfur products worth $1.5 million from January through December 2022.
The statement notes that large industrial enterprises such as Navoiuran JSC, Navoiazot JSC, and Maxam-Chichiq JSC sold 157,600 tons, while private entrepreneurs sold 144,800 tons of sulfur products, totaling 394.3 billion soums ($34.7 million).
