TASHKENT, Uzbekistan, March 7. Uzbekneftegaz's affiliate, Uzbekistan-South Korea JV Uz-Kor Gas Chemical LLC, has announced a tender for the supply of spare parts for shut-off valves.
Potential bidders are not permitted to participate if any of the following conditions are met:
- reorganization (merger, division, separation, transformation), liquidation, or bankruptcy;
- failure to submit all required documents for competitive selection within the time frame specified;
- inability to properly fulfill the obligations under previously concluded contracts;
- currently in a state of legal proceedings with Uz-Kor Gas Chemical;
- registered in the states or territories providing preferential tax regime and/or not providing for disclosure and provision of information when conducting financial transactions (offshore zones), or having accounts in banks located in offshore zones according to the legislation of Uzbekistan.
The bidders are required to submit the proposals no later than 17:00 (GMT +5) on March 13.
