Brazilian Foreign Minister Celso Amorim met with Iran's President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad in the Isfahan province of Iran, Irna reported.

Brazilian Foreign Minister Celso Amorim met with Iran's President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad in the Isfahan province of Iran, Irna reported.

The president regarded the Brazilian-Iranian relations as the strategic relations developing day by day. "Iran seeks to develop its relations with Brazil in all areas," he added.

Amorim noted that Ahmadinejad's Brazil visit is turning point in the Brazilian-Iranian relations. "Brazil is ready to develop its relations with Iran in every sphere," the minister said. 

Ahmadinejad said that his Brazilian Counterpart Luiz Inacio Lula's forthcoming Iran visit will promote the relations between two countries.

During his Iran visit, Amorim also met with his Iranian Counterpart Manouchehr Mottaki.
