An Iranian top military official called for Egyptian army to be aware of dangers in Sinai Desert and Suez Channel, ISNA reported.
"Sinai Desert and Suez Channel are in danger and Egyptian army should be aware of the danger," said the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff of Iran's Armed Forces Major General Hassan Firouzabadi on Friday.
He called for Egyptian army to take all required measures to protect territorial integrity and Islamic dignity and do not neglect enemy Israel.
He called for the Egyptian nation not to be fooled by agents of the US and Israel who are seeking coup in the North African country.
