Iran exhibits its military and nuclear achievements at expo in Tehran

Iran has exhibited its military, nuclear and scientific achievements in Tehran on the sidelines of the 9th Islamic Inter-Parliamentary Union (IIPU) meeting in Tehran, the country's Tasnim news agency reported on Feb. 18.
The third and fourth generation centrifuges, homemade Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) dubbed "Ababil 3" and TOW ("Tube-launched, Optically-tracked, Wire-guided") missiles as well as models of the "Fateh 110" missile, Jamaran warship and U6 hovercraft, Tolou, Omid and Fajr-5 satellites have been put up for exposition at the expo.
According to the report, Iran's nanotechnology and biotechnology products have also been exhibited at the expo.
The 9th Islamic Inter-Parliamentary Union (IIPU) meeting opened in the capital city of Tehran on Feb. 18 and will continue till Feb. 19.
Several parliamentary delegations from 47 Islamic states including 26 speakers are participating in the meeting.
