( IRNA ) - China is studying the recent report presented by the UN nuclear watchdog chief Mohamed ElBaradei on Iran's nuclear activities, a Chinese official said here Thursday.
Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Jiang Yu made the remark at a press conference in response to questions on Iran's nuclear case and dispatch of the US armada to the Persian Gulf.
Jiang expressed hope the report by director-general of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) would be prepared properly and fairly.
She said parties should continue their diplomatic efforts to settle international dispute over Iran's nuclear case.
The spokeswoman stressed the necessity to intensify negotiations.
