Iran’s steel export has increased during Hassan Rouhani’s presidency, started in mid-2013, Mohammad Reza Nematzadeh, Minister of Industry, Mine and Trade of Iran, said on May 12.
He said that during a fiscal year to March 20, 2013, Iran’s total steel exports were 1.1 million tons that soared to 4.8 million tons in the last fiscal year, ended March 20, 2017.
According to him, the volume is expected to reach 15 million tons in 2021, IRNA reported.

Nematzadeh said that about 25,000 industrial units received $5.5 billion loan facilities during March 21,2016 to April 21, 2017.
