The main index of the Tehran Stock Exchange (TSE) has surged 497.90 points or 0.59 percent, to end the trades at 84414.5 on Sep. 18.
According to the TSE official website, 473 million shares, valued at $ 32.1 million (1 trillion rials) were traded for the day.
The Price Index added 161 points or 0.59 percent to end at 27310.5.
The First Market grew by 381.1 points or 0.65 percent to post 58673.3.
The Second Market gained 912.7 points or 0.49 percent to stand at 186571.7.
The Industry Index was up 497.3 points or 0.68 percent to rest at 73442.4.
The TSE 30 Index has gained 30 points or 0.88 percent, to close at 3434.9.
The TSE 50 Index increased by 18.3 points or 0.55 percent, to end at 3332.5.
