The Iran Mercantile Exchange (IME) for Dec. 2 offers the following products and goods:
Export floor: Offers 5,000 tons of sulphur and 31,700 tons of rice from Uruguay.
Oil and petrochemical trading floor: Offers 99,730 tons of various polymers, chemicals, bitumen, sulphur, vacuum bottom feedstock, lube cut oil and slaps waxes.
Agriculture floor: Offers 313,000 day-old chickens, 148,000 tons of wheat, 100 tons of sunflower raw oil, 100 tons of soybean oil.
Furthermore, the side market of IME will witness offering 38 tons of methylene diphenyl diisocyanate, 16 tons of aniline from Karun Petrochemical Complex and 100 tons of palm oil imported from Malaysia.
The IME was founded in 2007. It trades in agricultural, industrial and petrochemical products in spot and futures markets.
There are 70 listed brokerage companies in IME who are members of the exchange licensed by the market regulator, the Securities and Exchange Organization.
