Iran’s Padideh Shandiz Building and Construction Company intends to hold an international tender to take private sector capacities, to operate in the Padideh entertainment and shopping center in Shandiz city, in relation to the ability of the utility companies (brokers).
The shopping center with a total area of 506,000 square meters and a commercial space of 197,000 meters has 1,400 commercial units, and attractions such as food court with an area of 5,000 square meters, a hypermarket (approximately 22,000 square meters), ice skating rink (1,700 square meters), three movie theatres and an aquarium.
Component companies with operation experience in at least two megamalls may send a letter of readiness with their full resume until Jan. 10, 2018.
