The Iran Mercantile Exchange (IME) offers the following products and goods for Feb. 6:
Export floor: Offers 94,650 tons of bitumen, lube cut oil, sulphur and insulation.
Oil and petrochemical trading floor: Offers 129,425 tons of polymers, bitumen, vacuum bottom feed stock, lube cut oil and sulphur.
Industrial and minerals trading floor: Offers 20,000 tons of C slabs, 20,000 tons of bloom ingots, 500 tons of cathode copper and 80 tons of sulphur molybdenum.
Agriculture floor: Offers 238,050 day-oil chicks, 25,750 tons of wheat, 2,850 tons of sugar, 1,800 tons of crude vegetable oil, 170 tons of large lentil, 20 tons of Iranian rice (Hashemi sort) and 2,251 tons of maize within the framework of supportive price plan.
Furthermore, the side market of IME offers 20 tons of lactic butter from Belgium and Germany.
The IME was founded in 2007. It trades in agricultural, industrial and petrochemical products in spot and futures markets.
There are 70 listed brokerage companies in IME who are members of the exchange licensed by the market regulator, the Securities and Exchange Organization.
