The Iran Mercantile Exchange (IME) offers the following products and goods for Feb. 24:
Export floor: Offers 6,750 tons of bitumen and insulation.
Oil and petrochemical trading floor: Offers 120,854 tons of chemicals, polymers, lube cut oil, slap wax, vacuum bottom feed stock and sulphur.
Agriculture floor: Offers 315,000 day-old chicks, 10,400 tons of wheat, 5,750 tons of sugar, 1,500 tons of crude vegetable oil, 170 tons of large lentil and 598 tons of maize within the framework of supportive price plan.
Furthermore, the side market of IME offers 125 tons of frozen meat, 100 tons of lactic butter and 749 tons of polyester threads grades A, B and C.
The IME was founded in 2007. It trades in agricultural, industrial and petrochemical products in spot and futures markets.
There are 70 listed brokerage companies in IME who are members of the exchange licensed by the market regulator, the Securities and Exchange Organization.
