The Iran Mercantile Exchange (IME) offers the following products and goods for March 4:
Export floor: Offers 13,481 tons of rice, 78,720 tons of bitumen and 6,000 tons of sulphur.
Oil and petrochemical trading floor: Offers 91,415 tons of chemicals, polymers, bitumen, sulphur and lube cut oil.
Industrial and minerals trading floor: Offers 220 tons of rebar, 10,000 tons of mixed rebar basket, 710 tons of wire copper, 4,000 tons of cathode copper, 24 tons of precious metal concentrates, 380 tons of sulphur molybdenum, 2,100 tons of 1000 lb aluminum ingots, 730 tons of aluminium alloy ingots and 1,020 tons of aluminum billets.
Agriculture floor: Offers 676,000 day-old chicks, 26,400 tons of wheat, 5,750 tons of sugar and 1,000 tons of colza oil.
Furthermore, the side market of IME offers 100 tons of powder milk, 186 tons of metal scraps and 75 tons of lactic butter.
The IME was founded in 2007. It trades in agricultural, industrial and petrochemical products in spot and futures markets.
There are 70 listed brokerage companies in IME who are members of the exchange licensed by the market regulator, the Securities and Exchange Organization.
