Exports of Iran’s Sistan and Baluchestan Province increased by 85 percent during five months of the current Iranian year (started March 21, 2019), compared to the same period last year, Head of the Industry, Mine and Trade Organization of Sistan and Baluchestan Province Nader Mirshekar told IRNA, Trend reports.
According to him, products worth more than $397 million were exported during this period.
Mirshekar said that 599,800 tons of products were exported from the province within five months.
"Some $101.6 million worth of goods were exported through the provincial customs and $ 296.1 million through border markets,” he said.
Mirshekar added that construction materials, gas, dates and vegetable products were among the mainly exported products.
