Talks between Iran, USA in Geneva ends

Talks between Iran and the USA in the Swiss city of Geneva ended after two days of discussions about sanctions and nuclear issue, IRNA reported.

Iranˈs delegation will meet and discuss with French delegation in Geneva on Wednesday and then in the afternoon will go to Rome to attend disarmament conference and to meet and discuss with Russian representative in the negotiating team and deputy foreign minister Sergey Ryabkov.

Iranˈs diplomats will also meet and exchange views with their Italian counterparts.

Abbas Araqchi told IRNA on Tuesday that Iran and France will hold bilateral talks on Wednesday in Geneva.

Deputy Foreign Minister in Legal and International Affairs added that in bilateral talks with France, new French representative in Group 5+1 Nicolas de Riviere will attend. He will substitute Jacques Audibert.

Araqchi continued that bilateral talks with Germany will be held in Tehran next Sunday June 15.

The Iranian senior diplomat said that Germany representative in Group 5+1 negotiation Hans Dieter Lucas will travel to Tehran to attend a seminar, so the bilateral talks with Germany will be held in Tehran.

Araqchi added that the next round of nuclear talks will be on June 16 to 20 in Vienna.
