Subject: Financing, engineering, procurement, construction, installation, commissioning and one year trial operation and maintenance of the Dez Dam power plant extension project based on EPC+F contract.

Estimated cost for execution: 372 million euros

Time schedule to carry out the work: 72 months including 60 months for financing, engineering, procurement, construction, installation and commissioning along with 12 months of trial operation and maintenance.

Foreign contractors must be capable of financing, providing technical support and management regarding to the size, magnitude and specifications of the project and shall submit the Letter of Pre-Agreement of the intended foreign financing banks or institutions to finance 85 percent of total contract price along with other qualification documents.

The bank or financier institution must meet the necessary conditions to finance the project approved by the Central Bank of Iran (CBI).

The foreign contractor must have similar project experiences in dam and hydro power projects in the role of EPC contractor or participate in the bid with a reputable foreign consultant in designing similar projects (as a sub-consultant in the technical office).
