The most difficult youth employment situation amongst CIS countries is in Armenia, Mediamax reported.
This figure was mentioned in a report prepared by experts of the International Labor Organization (ILO).
According to the ILO, the unemployment rate amongst young men will hit 17.3 percent, and among women - 17.7 percent by 2017 in the CIS as a whole.
In Armenia, the level of youth unemployment is currently at 39.1 percent.
As for data on unemployment in the CIS in general, it fell from a record 10.1 percent in 2009 to 8.2 percent in 2012. It is expected that by 2017 it will drop to 7.9 percent.
