(ArmInfo) -. RA Parliament has ratified today a credit Agreement with the World Bank, aimed at the continuation of the reformation process in the country's judicial system.
As RA deputy Justice Minister, Gevork Malkhasyan, told the Parliamentarians, the Agreement has been signed September 11, 2006. It is envisaged to direct the credit means to the continuation of the judicial system reformation. The first program will be completed in December, 2006, reports Trend.
An agreement is reached with the World Bank for implementation of the second program. Since the process of allocation of means takes time, the WB is ready to give 70% out of $800,000 for the continuation of works, the rest 30% will be allocated from the country's state budget. It is envisaged to direct these means for the repair of court buildings, acquisition of computers, retraining of judges. It is expected the key agreement will be prepared after this program, in line with which the expected amount of credit receipts will make up $20-25 mln.
