Georgia, Tbilisi, 1 July / corr. Trend N.Kirtzkhalia / GUAM is a European organization, seeking the ways to get closer to the European Union (EU), Valeriy Chechelashvili, the Secretary General of GUAM, told journalists in Batumi on 1 July.
"We are establishing civilized relations within the framework of our regional organization because we want our organization to meet high standards," he said.
Chechelashvili said that GUAM is an organization, holding relations characterized by high level understanding and civility.
