Mikheil Saakashvili, President of Georgia, will arrive in Karsi on Thursday. He will participate in ceremony of laying the foundation of Turkish part of Baku-Tbilisi-Karsi railway, reported .
Leaders of Turkey, Azerbaijan and Georgia, will make speech.
After the ceremony bilateral talks will be held between the presidents.
Agreement on the Baku-Tbilisi-Kars-Akhalkalaki trunk-railway rehabilitating project was signed on February 08, 2007.
Azerbaijan has allocated a long term credit in amount of 200 million USD to Georgia.
The credit will be covered from the reconstructed rail-way income. 15 million tones of load will pass through the rail-way annually.
