Moscow Refused from Civilized Relations with Tbilisi Finally: Georgian Speaker

Georgia, Tbilisi, 15 August / Trend corr. N.Kirtskhalia / David Bakradze, Georgian Speaker, said that steps were taken to set direct contacts with Russia on the diplomatic front. The Georgian Foreign Ministry takes active work in this direction, Bakradze told Rustavi 2 channel.

"The main works are being implemented through assistance of mediators, as Russia refused from civilized dialogue and burned the talk bridge with Georgia," Bakradze said.

For this reason, the role of international mediation is quite relevant to regulate the conflict. The French President Nicolas Sarkozy also included into the process. Relevant steps were also taken during the visits of the United State Secretary State, and German Chancellor, Bakradze said.
