"A delegation consisting of 15 journalists from Russia is in Georgia, as they normally cannot visit Georgia and get acquainted with the real situation on site", one of the organizers of Russia's Georgian trip and representative of the Russian mass media, Oleg Panfilov, said.
"Journalists from Moscow are often Georgia's guests, and the information is more accessible for them. So we decided to invite journalists from the regions. They have already held a meeting at the Georgian Interior Ministry, including with the members of the Georgian Parliament. The media has met with Christian Democratic faction leader, George Akhvlediani", Panfilov said.
"The journalists are scheduled to hold a meeting at the Economy and Sustainable Development Ministry. We have been to Batumi and are going to visit Sighnaghi".
