Georgia president expresses condolences to Belgian people

The Georgian president has expressed his condolences to the Belgian people in connection with the death of 28 people, including 22 children, in a car accident in Switzerland. President Mikhail Saakashvili's letter of condolences said he was "depressed" to hear about the tragedy.
"I would like to express support for the friends and family members of the deceased on behalf of the Georgian people," the letter said.
"Please, accept my sincere condolences."
Previously, Georgian Foreign Minister Grigol Vashadze expressed his condolences.
