Patriashvili family will finance Georgian TV Company Imedi, Badri Patarkatsishvili's widow Inna Gudavadze told journalists.
She noted that their family will try to complete the process of re-registration as soon as possible.
"The journalistic ethics is not empty words for us. We will try to be very objective, kindly disposed, but very serious. It is emotionally very difficult day for us. We feel the responsibility that rests on our family," Gudavadze said.
The journalists asked her questions related to personnel policy.
"Those people who feel they have behaved improperly in various aspects, probably guess themselves about everything," Gudavadze said.
The family members met with head of Georgian media production groups Giorgi Arveladze. This company still holds a 100 percent share in Imedi.
