IPRM to meet in Georgia

The 34th meeting of the Incident Prevention and Response Mechanism (IPRM) is scheduled to be held with representatives from Georgia, Russia, the OSCE, EUMM and Tskhinval in the Georgian village of Ergneti on May 31.
During the meeting the parties are going to discuss the situation in area of the Georgian-Ossetian conflict and review all the incidents taken place since the last meeting of MPRI on April 16, 2013.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia stated on Friday that Georgia will draw attention to the installation of Russian military barbed wire fences on the frontier with secessionist regions. Representatives of Georgia are also going to discuss the frequent detention of civilians for alleged violations of the 'border'.
