Investments in Georgia attractive for Siemens Energy amid promised gov't support

Siemens Energy expressed its interest in investing in Georgia, Trend reports, referring to the statement of the administration of the Government of Georgia.

The mentioned issue was discussed between Ariel Porat, the Vice President of the Siemens Energy and Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili.

The meeting focused on the favorable investment environment and the opportunities in Georgia, which provide the country with free trade agreements with the EU, neighboring countries and China.

According to the Georgian PM, the government welcomes the interest of Siemens Energy in getting acquainted with the investment environment and production opportunities in the country and is ready to support them as much as possible.

Siemens Energy operates across a variety of directions and employs tens of thousands of people.
