The Austrian TUV AUSTRIA CERT GMBH accreditation organization conducted the first control audit in November 2021 and issued an audit report, according to which the quality management system of the Georgian National Energy and Water Supply Regulatory Commission (GNERC) was highly assessed, Trend reports via the press service of GNERC.
“The quality management system (QMS) is in full compliance with international standards. There is a very competent and motivated team in the Regulatory Commission. The employees demonstrated good knowledge of the QMS,” the audit report said.
“The documentation is correct, perfectly compiled and the processes are evaluated at a high level. Top management activities, commitment to work, and management are presented at a high level,” the organization said.
Meanwhile, GNERC was awarded the ISO 9001: 2015 International Quality Management Certificate in December 2020.
