Seven killed, more than 110 injured in Iraq bombings
A series of car bombs and suicide attacks across Iraq on Monday left at least seven people dead and more than 110 injured, police and medics said, dpa reported.
In the northern city of Kirkuk, four people were killed and 20 injured in three car bombings, the head of Kirkuk's health department Sidiq Omar said.
Three people were killed and 68 injured in car bombs and suicide attacks in Salah al-Din province, 170 kilometres north of Baghdad.
A car bomb injured 17 people in the city of Hilla, 100 kilometres south of Baghdad.
Eight people were injured when a parked car exploded in Nasiriya, a city located some 375 kilometres south of Baghdad.
