Azerbaijan, Baku Aug. 25 / Trend, N. Umid /

The Syrian government will cooperate with the UN`s investigation committee now in Syria and will create the conditions for visiting zones which have been attacked by terrorist groups with chemical weapons, Syrian Foreign Minister Walid al-Moallem said during his initiated phone talk with Iranian FM Mohammad Javad Zarif, ISNA news agency reported.

He also has claimed that Syrian opposition is behind the chemical attack, the report said.

According to the report, Zarif in his turn has condemned use of chemical weapons by terrorists and called it contrary to human principles and international rules.

He also argued that any solution excluding peacefully solution is doomed to fail in Syria crisis, adding that, all parts should support just political process in the issue.

Iran has dismissed claims accusing the Syrian government of using chemical weapons against militant positions in the suburbs of Damascus.

On Wednesday, the head of the so-called opposition Syrian National Coalition, George Sabra, claimed that 1,300 people were killed in a government chemical attack on militant strongholds in Damascus suburbs of Ain Tarma, Zamalka and Jobar.

But the Syrian Army vehemently rejected allegations that it used chemical weapons against militants, saying the accusations were fabricated to distract the visiting team of the UN chemical weapons experts and to cover up militants' losses.
