The accident occurred near a village in southern Bhavnagar district when a truck transporting building material collided with another truck carrying villagers, police told the Press Trust of India (PTI).
While 10 people were discharged after receiving first-aid at the hospital, 14 of the wounded were admitted in hospitals in the area, the report said.
Road accidents are common in India and often involve passenger buses with inadequately trained drivers. Poor condition of vehicles and roads are also factors in many accidents.
