An EgyptAir passenger plane, on a scheduled
flight from Dusseldorf, Germany, made an emergency landing at Cairo airport
with 77 passengers aboard Sunday, the state MENA news agency reported.
The pilot was instructed to make the emergency landing of the A320 Airbus after
he reported technical problems with the right landing gear.
On landing, the right tyres burst, causing smoke to come out of them, the news
agency reported. But there were no injuries, dpa reported.
