The the Unified Russia Party succeeded to ensure succession and stability of the state power in Russia, Vladimir Putin, the chairman of the Unified Russia and Russian Premier, stated.
"The Unified Russia successfully held several responsible election campaigns and provided succession and stability of the state power in Russia within a year," Putin said, making speech at the congress of the party on 20 November. At present political conditions have been created in Russia to realize long-term development strategy of the country by 2020, he stressed.
The Unified Russia gained people's support, because the party could achieve positive changes in the country's life, Putin said. "An important thing is that the Unified Party has offered a constructive agenda to the society," the Premier believes, Интерфакс reported.
