2 Canadian soldiers killed in Afghanistan
Two Canadian soldiers from the NATO-led force in southern Afghanistan were killed in a bombing on Saturday, NATO's International Security Assistance Force said, CNN reported.
An Afghan police officer and an Afghan interpreter were also killed in the attack which happend in the Panjwayi District about 25 kilometers (15 miles) west of Kandahar, according to the Canadian military. Four Canadian soldiers and an Afghan interpreter were wounded, the military said.
Another Canadian soldier was killed in a bomb attack Friday in southern Afghanistan's Zharey District of Kandahar province, the military earlier announced.
